1. Short & Few provides workshops and courses for adults aged 18 and over, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the course description. Under 18s can attend workshops provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult and with prior agreement. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age on the day and will ask anybody we believe to be under 18 to leave the course if they cannot. No refund will be issued under these circumstances or if a booking is made for an under 18 without prior agreement.

2. No booking shall be confirmed until full payment has been received. If booking through Eventbrite, you must also read and agree to any additional terms and conditions associated with the booking.

3. Bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the event begins are entitled for a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled 7 - 13 days before the event begins are entitled for 70% refund. Any bookings cancelled 6 or less days before the event begins will not be entitled to a refund. All refunds will be made to the person who made the booking.

4. We will not be able to provide refunds for failed attendance on the day for any reason that is beyond Short & Few's control (e.g. sickness, personal circumstances).

5. Bookings can be transferred into a different name with notice given to Short & Few before the event. Bookings cannot be transferred across workshops or courses.

6. Short & Few reserves the right to cancel a workshop or course should minimum numbers not be met, or in the event of tutor illness. In this instance, you will be provided with a minimum of 48 hours notice and a full refund will be issued, or a new date for a reschedule will be provided as an option.​
